"My fiance and I were somewhat nervous and pretty naive as first-time home buyers, but working with Ryan at Paragon Home Inspections was the best decision we could've made. "I recently contracted to buy a house. It had been a model home and had not been lived in, basically new, so I wasn't sure I needed a home inspection. I decided that for what I was paying I owed it to myself and wife to get an inspection. I called and spoke with Ryan and he spent time explaining what he would do. It was so far superior than the receptionists at other home inspections running through a list of items and looking at a website for what would be included and what was an extra service and charge. Ryan showed up early and was getting started. He took us aside and gave us an introductory briefing explaining what he would do.
